The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.542/2017 registered under Sections 308/323/452/34 IPC at PS Dwarka South. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The parties were acquainted with each other prior to the incident. They carried out joint business at one stage.

Nature of injuries sustained by the victim is simple. There is delay in lodging the FIR.

Counter FIR No.543/2017 has been registered under Sections 325/341/34 IPC against the complainant. Bail Appln. 628/2018

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
