% 22.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 are living in the same locality.

On the complaint of respondent no. 2, FIR No.274/2016 under Sections 451/509/511 IPC was registered at police station Greater Kailash.

With the intervention of their common friends, petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 5th August, 2017; therefore, the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sumarjeet Kaur of police station G.K. - I. Respondent no. 2 admits having

settled the matter with petitioner her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.274/2016 under Sections 451/509/511 IPC registered at police station Greater Kailash and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
