% 15.03.2018 This appeal is directed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge declining to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution with an order suspending the appellant for a limited duration from availing hostel facility. It is submitted that the procedure to be adopted would be under Ordinance 3 of the applicable rules of the University and that full opportunity would be granted to all the parties. In these circumstances, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The appeal is accordingly dismissed along with the pending applications.
