% 14.03.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorised construction which has been raised over property bearing House No.230, Village Karkardooma, Delhi. It is stated that this is against ^ all the bye laws of the Corporation.

^ On advance notice learned counsel for respondent/EDMC has put in appearance. Submission is that the illegal deviations qua the ground and second floor on this property have been booked. A demolition order has in fact been passed on 14.02.2017. Demolition programme is fixed for 22.3.2017. It is stated that the action which has been initiated shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.l is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to By:AMULYA

> state that assistance of local police shall be taken by respondent no. 1 as and when required.

Needless to state that all/any adverse orders/order against the respondent no.2 shall be after due notice to him.
