% 07.03.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal construction which has been permitted at property bearing No. 68, New Layal Pur, Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye laws of the Corporation. On advance notice learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1/EDMC has put in appearance. He has filed a status report. His submission is that the illegal deviations in this property had been noted and booked by the J.E. on 01.3.2017 which is in the stilt floor, ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor. Show cause notice has also been served. All actions which have been initiated shall be completed in accordance with law. This commitment of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. The complete programme which has been initiated shall be completed by

respondent no.1 within an outer limit of 12 weeks from today. Necessary assistance of the local police may be obtained by respondent no.1 as and when so desire. No further orders are called for in this petition.
