CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 13.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the part owner of the land in which respondent No.2 is situated. He submits that the respondent No.1 has wrongly granted provisional affiliation to respondent No.2-school and even though the petitioner has made various complainants, no corrective action has been taken by respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 who appears on advance notice submits that in case any fresh representation is made by the petitioner, the same will be duly examined.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties even though this Court is of the prima facie opinion that the petitioner is only trying to settle his personal scores with respondent No.2, but keeping in view the fair stand taken by respondent No.1 that any fresh representation made by the petitioner will be examined as per Rules, the petition is

disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case the fresh representation is made by the petitioner, the same would be considered on its own merits by respondent No.1 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks. REKHA PALLI, J APRIL 13, 2018 gm
