% 10.10.2018 On the last date of hearing, i.e., 08.12.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner was granted a last opportunity to locate the relevant documents to establish and prove that the petitioner had sustained an accident while on duty and, therefore, he could not undergo the JCC course, though an opportunity to undergo the said course was granted by the respondents. No such document has been filed so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that his client is not able to produce any of the relevant documents.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application, as not pressed.
