Learned counsels for the parties point out that against the order dated 19th January, 2011 passed in W.P. (C) No. 344/2011, an appeal being LPA No. 513/2019 had been preferred. The said LPA was disposed of on 30th August, 2019, against which a petition being SLP No. 26284/2019 has been filed in the Supreme Court.

It is pointed out that the petition before the Supreme Court is still pending.
