The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 226/2022 of PS Laxmi Nagar for offence under Section 302/149/120B/34 IPC. Learned prosecutor has shown the CCTV footage of the assault on the deceased. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court after conclusion of testimony of eye witnesses.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
