By way of present petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act (the 'A&C Act'), the petitioner seeks following prayers :- "a. Restrain the Respondent from disrupting / disconnecting the electricity supply and other amenities to the Leased Shop being Shop No.GF/ ANCHOR/ 4A with a covered area of 3480 sq. ft. on the Ground Floor of Commercial/ Shopping Mall under the name and style of 'Gaur City Mall', Plot No.ClB/GH-01, Sector4, Greater Noida, (West), Greater Noida-201308; b. Restrain the Respondent from obstructing, causing any hindrance or interfering in the carrying out of business, peaceful possession and occupation of the Leased Shop by the Petitioner;

may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that though the lease has been terminated on 02.09.2024, the respondent would take further steps only in accordance with law. Additionally, it is stated that respondent will not take any steps for disconnection of electricity, subject to the petitioner paying the requisite charges.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
