After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and apply afresh to the competent authority after four (4) weeks relying upon the fact that the convict has been granted parole in the year 2022, 2023 and 2024 and convict has duly surrendered thereafter.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for reserved.
