% 24.01.2025 The present petition has been filed seeking transfer of CS DJ no. 536/2020 titled as Shri Kesari Chand Jain and Anr. vs. Shri Hans Raj Sharma pending before the court of Learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-09, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhito the court of Learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-08, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi .

Both the parties submit that, a connected matter bearing CS (COMM) No. 780/2022, involving the same parties is already pending before the court of the Learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-08, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. Thus, it would be more convenient if both suits are adjudicated in the same court.

In the view of the submissions made, CS DJ 536/2020 titled as Shri Kesari Chand Jain and Anr. vs. Shri Hans Raj Sharmais withdrawn from the court of Learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-09, Central District, Tis The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
