O R D E R

% 21.03.2018 CM No. 11126/2018 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3. The application is signed by the parties. On behalf of the Appellant, it is signed by Ms. Anju Bajaj and on behalf of the Respondents, Ms. Renu Chopra and Ms. Neeru Das, along with the respective counsels have also signed the application. All three parties are present in Court.

Parties submit that they resolved their disputes as per the settlement report filed by the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre dated 9th March, 2018. A memorandum of Oral Family Settlement dated 3rd March 2018,

has been entered into by the parties. The terms and conditions are contained in para 1 to 10 of the said MoU. The Court has perused the terms of settlement. The same appear to be lawful. Accordingly, the impugned judgment/decree is modified as settled in terms of the MoU dated 3rd March, 2018. The said memorandum shall form part of the decree sheet. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The appeal is disposed of as settled.

Parties are present in Court. The application is allowed. The suit is decreed as settled. Since the parties have settled their disputes, Court fee is directed to be refunded.
