This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.0277/2024 under Sections 420/392/34/411/506/120-B IPC registered at PS Shakarpur, Delhi on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 25th November 2024, which is on record of this Court. 2.
Petitioner no.1-5 and respondent no. 2 (complainant) are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and the counsel. 3.
The settlement amount of Rs.1,21,917/- has been tendered to respondent no.2 vide DD No. 058192 drawn on Bank of Baroda dated 25th November 2024, who has received it in Court and states that he has no objection to quashing the FIR.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No.0277/2024 under Sections 420/392/34/411/506/120-B IPC registered at PS Shakarpur Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 5.
Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
