Learned APP, at the very outset, states that injured is under crossexamination and there are two more material witnesses yet to be examined and the next date listed before the trial court is 07.02.2026 for cross examination of the injured and for remaining prosecution evidence. 3.
At this stage, Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application after examination of material witnesses. 4.
The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file application afresh after examination of the material witnesses.
