Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice. 2.
This Court has seen the specific directions contained in order dated 02.08.2024 passed by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 10665/2024 whereby the School in question (respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein) were directed to comply with the directions of the Directorate of Education (DoE) in the communication dated 19.06.2024 and to forward the proposals for petitioners for financial upgradation within three weeks. 3.
It was also directed that on receipt of such proposals, further necessary action shall be taken by DoE without any further delay. 4.
Learned counsel for respondents School, on instructions, has submitted that the matter is under active consideration and after the proposal was communicated to DoE, these schools are required to convene a Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC). It is submitted that such DPC shall be constituted and convened.

undertaking, the petitioner, at the moment, is not interested in the pursuing with the present contempt petition.

He, however, submits that, in case, despite the expiry of the aforesaid period as undertaken above, nothing is done by the respondent school, he may be permitted to revive the present petition.

Petition stands disposed of. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
