The present petition under Sections 12 and 13 of the Contempt Of Court Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "A. Initiate the contempt proceedings against the contemnors in not complying with the judgment and order passed in W.P no. I0665/2024 and inasmuch as till now no communication has bene made in response to notice dated 19.06.2024.

B. To force the respondents to process the case of the petitioner as per advice of the DOE to consider the financial upgradation i.e. first second and third MACP which is due from 15.07.2006, 15.07.2014 and 15.07.2024 along with interest.

C. To direct impose a heavy cost against the contemnor against their act and deed in the interest of justice and equity. D . Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and 2 submits that the compliance affidavit on behalf of the said respondents has been filed.

Mr. Gulshan Nagpal, Officiating Vice Principal, on behalf of respondent no. 2 is present in Court today.

In view of the compliance affidavit, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this present petition and submits that the copy of the ACR be supplied to the petitioner.

The petitioner is at liberty to move an application before respondent nos. 1 and 2 for the said purpose which shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Pending applications if any also stand disposed of. 9.

Needless to state, that the petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
