This is an application filed for the restoration of the bail application.

Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is present, as is Mr. Ram Chander, who is the father of the deceased. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, for the reasons stated herein, the application is allowed, and Bail Application No. 4157/2025 is restored to its original number and is taken on Board. BAIL APPLN. 4157/2025 4.

This is an application for regular bail in connection with FIR No. 146/2024 dated 01.03.2024, registered under Sections 304B/498A/34 of BAIL APPLN. 4157/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Moti Nagar, District West, Delhi.

Mr. Singh states that material witnesses are yet to be examined, including the sister of the deceased.

In view of the above submission, Mr. Vimal Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant, states that he does not press the present application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to renew his application for bail before the Sessions Court after examination of material witnesses. 7.

However, Mr. Tyagi prays that the Sessions Court be requested to expedite the recording of the evidence of the material witnesses. As far as this aspect is concerned, he is at liberty to request the Sessions Court, which may take an appropriate decision, in accordance with its Board and the age of matters pending before it. Mr. Singh, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer, assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in this process.

The application, alongwith the pending applications, is disposed of with these observations.
