Petitioner seeks quashing of the decision of the respondent-bank whereby the petitioner has been classified as a wilful defaulter. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent-bank appears on advance notice and has, at the very outset, submitted that the present petition is premature as the observations contained in order dated 01.10.2024 are merely with respect to the 'classification' by the "Identification Committee" of the Bank. It is submitted that matter is yet to be decided by Review Committee and, therefore, the grievance raised by the petitioner is misplaced and premature as well.
