O R D E R

The present bail application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 420/2022 dated 07.03.2022, registered at Police Station Subhash Place, for the offences under Sections 302/307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground that the mother of the applicant is scheduled to undergo surgery.

The status report has been filed by the State. 3.

It has been verified that the mother of the applicant has to undergo surgery on 13.11.2025 on account of her suffering from disc prolapse in her spinal cord.

The nominal roll indicates that the applicant was released on interim bail on two earlier occasions and he had not misused the liberty.

of his release) on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent, on the following conditions:

a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever; b. The applicant shall under no circumstance leave the boundaries of the country without the permission of the learned Trial Court;

c. The applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when directed;

d. The applicant shall provide the address where he would be residing after his release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;

e. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phones switched on at all times.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent immediately on the expiry of period of interim bail.
