By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of NCR No.0009/2021 dated 03.12.2021 registered under Section 507 IPC at PS South Avenue, New Delhi as well as the consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is apologetic for his behaviour towards respondent no.2 and has also tendered him his apology. The petitioner and respondent No.2 are present in the Court and are identified by their counsel as well as by the IO.
