The petitioner has assailed orders dated 12.08.2025 and 04.09.2025 of the Delhi School Tribunal. On being pointed out that both the orders impugned in the present petition are primarily in the nature of procedural steps and not conclusive orders, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise same grounds as raised in the present petition in case the final orders in the concerned applications are passed by the Tribunal and are required to be challenged.
