The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers:
"a) Pass an order initiating Contempt proceedings against the Respondents/Contemners for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the judgement dated 02.06.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL MC CRL MC No. 2611/2021; and further Pass an order convicting the Respondents No.1 to3 4 /Contemners under the Contempt of Courts Act, and sentencing the Respondent/Contemnor to imprisonment for a period of 6 months; and b) Direct the Respondents to purge the contempt and further direct Respondent No.1 and 2 and 3 reseal the property after evicting respondent No.3 and other occupants from the property bearing no.
