The petitioner has prayed for directions to the respondent no. 1 SDM Jam Nagar House, Delhi to execute the recovery certificate issued by the Labour Authorities. Respondent no. 2 is the authority against whom the recovery certificate has been issued. Both respondents have entered appearance through counsel on the basis of advance intimation. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 explains that the party relevant for present purposes is SDM Hauz Khas and not SDM Jam Nagar House, so according to respondent no. 1, the memo of parties needs to be rectified and fresh notice needs to be issued to the SDM concerned. After some discussion, as requested by all present, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the SDM Hauz Khas to treat this petition as a representation for expeditious execution of the recovery certificate after hearing all parties.
