This is a revision petition under Section 442 of BNSS against the order dated 14.08.2025 passed by Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in case FIR no. 91/2018 in 'State vs. Bhupender Acharya & Anr.', whereby learned trial court granted only one opportunity to the petitioner to make submissions on the question of charge on the next date of hearing which is listed today.

of the grievance. Moreover, the present revision petition has been filed after considerable delay and just close to the date fixed before the trial court. 3.
