After some hearing, Mr. Rishi Kapoor, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy, as the same is not maintainable in view of the proviso to Section 115(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The revision petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
