The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia praying as under:

"(a) issue a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction calling for the records of the Petitioner's case and after going into the legality thereof, to quash and set aside the impugned Order passed under section 148A(d) dated 30.08.2024, the subsequent notice issued under section 148 dated 30.08.2024, the show cause notice issued under section 148A(b) dated 26.07.2024 and the show cause notice issued under section 148A(b) dated 12.08.2024 of the Income Tax Act. (b) grant any other and further relief deemed just and proper be granted in the interest of justice."
