1. The present transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of HMA Petition No.1277 of 2023 titled as "Brijveer Singh vs. Varsha Rani" under Section 12(1) (a) & (c) of the HMA Act, pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North East, Karkardooma Court to learned Principal judge, Family Court, Shahdara district where a maintenance petition under Section 125 of CPC vide Maintenance Petition No. 21/2024 titled as Smt. Varsha Rani v. Sh. Brijveer Singh and Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 vide DV Complaint No. 19/2024 titled as Smt. Varsha Rani v. Sh. Brijveer Singh & Ors. is pending.

2. It is a matter of the record that the respondent has moved a transfer petition as Civil no. 1648/2023 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

seeking transfer of HMA Petition No.410/2023 titled as Brijveer Singh v. Varsha Rani pending before the District Family Court, AFCIII, Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court, North East, Delhi. The petition was allowed by the Supreme Court vide order dated 11.10.2023. Pursuant to which, the matter was transferred to the North East District. However, the respondent before the learned Principal Judge, North East submitted that she is residing in Mandoli within the jurisdiction of North East District and sought time to move appropriate application before this Court for transfer the petition from North East to Shahdara District. However, the respondent did not move the transfer petition but the petitioner itself has moved the transfer petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has appeared through VC and submits that he has no objection to the transfer of the petition.

4. In view of the submissions made above, HMA Petition No.1277 of 2023 titled as "Brijveer Singh vs. Varsha Rani" is withdrawn from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North East, Karkardoom Court and assigned to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara district for trial in accordance with the law.

5. The transferor Court is directed to send the entire record to the transferee Court.

6. Copy of the order be sent to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North East, Karkardoom Court and learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara district, New Delhi.
