% 13.07.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that settlement has been arrived at between the plaintiff and defendants. In view of this settlement, plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the present suit. Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since parties have settled their disputes before start of evidence, 50% of court fee be refunded to the plaintiff in view of section 16A of the Court Fee Act and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
