The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Order XLIII Rule 1 read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 against the Impugned Order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(OS) 472/2025 titled "Lala Bishambarnath Agarwal Foundation Trust v. Government of NCT of Delhi". 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant, upon realising that application under Order XLIII Rule 1 was not maintainable, prays to withdraw the present Appeal in order to file appropriate application before the learned Single Judge.
