O R D E R

% 25.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has four minor children. Petitioner is working as meson. He was engaged by the father of the prosecutrix for doing some repairing work in his house. Disputes arose with regard to payment of money. Petitioner has been falsely implicated. Petitioner is the sole bread-earner in the family. He has no past criminal record. He is in custody for more than two months. Investigations are complete and charge-sheet has been filed. Petitioner be admitted to bail. Learned APP submits that petitioner was apprehended at the spot itself by the public. Prosecutrix's sister was also with her at the time of

incident. Petitioner had caught hold of the prosecutrix and bit her cheek. Prosecutrix is aged about 17 years.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case as detailed above, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
