1. The Court is informed by Mr. Shashank Shekhar, learned counsel appearing for Prayas as well as the counsel for the Petitioner that the girl is now willing to go back to her parents. The girl is present in Court and confirms that she is now prepared to return to her parents. This is a positive development and the Court hopes that there is a better atmosphere at home and an improved communication between the girl and her parents. The girl is free to return with her parents from the Court itself.
2. The Court reiterates the directions to the Station House Officer ('SHO') to
ensure that as and when the girl is summoned to appear before the trial Court she is provided appropriate security.
