On 25.02.2026, the following order was passed:- "1. Learned counsel representing the Appellant prays for an adjournment.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel representing the Respondent submits that the Appellant has neither made good the deficiency in the deposit of Court Fees nor is he coming forward to make submissions in the Appeal.

3. He submits that on account of pendency of the present Appeal, the execution proceedings have been stalled.

4. It is clarified that this Court has not stayed the proceedings in the Execution Petition.

5. The Appellant has also filed an application being CM APPL.68516/2025 praying for grant of extension of time, preferably 60 days, for making good the deficiency in ad valorem Court Fees.

6. The application was filed way back on 04.07.2025 and more than 07 months have elapsed since then. Even if the application was allowed on its filing, the Appellant has not made good the deficiency in Court Fees.

Keeping in view the facts of the case, the Appellant is granted 02 weeks‟ time to make good the deficiency in payment of Court Fees, failing which the Appeal will be deemed to have been dismissed on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Admittedly, the Appellant has failed to make good the deficiency in payment of Court Fees within the time granted by this Court.
