The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi ["DRAT"] to ensure that the Petitioner's pending Appeal, Appeal No. 33 of 2020 titled as "Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. v. State Bank of India & Ors.", is heard and decided in a time-bound manner.
