This is an application filed by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 seeking modification of the order dated 17.04.2026 for including the appearance of learned counsels for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The order is accordingly modified and shall deem to record the presence of Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned senior counsel and Mr. T.Singhdev, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall be deemed to be recorded in the order dated 17.04.2026.
