This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for direction to CBSE to correct the date of birth of the Petitioner in all CBSE records including marksheets and to issue fresh marksheets and certificates with correct year of birth of the Petitioner being 21.09.2009 as per the Certificate issued by The Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
