By this petition, the petitioner sought directions to the respondents to complete investigation in FIR No.424/2016 under Sections 336/338/34 IPC registered at PS Shalimar Bagh. A status report has been filed. As per the status report, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been prepared and the same has been sent to Prosecution Branch for scrutiny. Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the charge sheet will be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of six weeks. 2.

In view of the statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel, nothing survives in the present petition.
