% 11.03.2020 CM APPL.No.7167/2020 (for release of amount) By this application respondents No.1 to 9 (claimants) seek release of the balance 20% of the amount awarded by judgment dated 19.03.2013 along with upto-date interest that is lying deposited with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi in compliance of order dated 29.05.2013 made in the matter. In compliance of order dated 29.05.2013 80% of the awarded amount has already been released in favour of the said respondents/claimants.

Thereafter the appeal itself was dismissed as withdrawn, as recorded in order dated 13.05.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has no objection to this application being allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the entire remaining amount of 20% of the awarded amount along with uptodate interest shall be released by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi in favour of the respondents No.1 to 9 in terms of judgment dated 19.03.2013, within 03 weeks.
