Though the authority letter executed by the petitioner no.2 in favour of petitioner no.1 has been filed, however, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks, and is granted, a period of three days for getting the same signed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2, as per instructions received, submits that the applications of both the petitioners have been rejected by the respondent no.2 since they were not accompanied by the requisite documents which were supposed to be filed for consideration qua the case set out by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is unaware of the aforesaid rejection as he has not received a copy thereof. 4.

Be that as it may, since a copy shall be supplied to him, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court for seeking appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
