It is not in dispute that on 25th August 2025, petitioner, as against temporary Certificate of Vending ('CoV'), has already deposited the requisite amount for effecting electricity connection. 2.

Counsel for respondent no.2, who appears on advance notice, states on instructions that outer limit prescribed for providing an electricity connection is 6 months from date when demand is satisfied by petitioner, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which in present case is 25th August 2025. As per him, time is required for electricity connection as network is to be laid down after obtaining permission from other authorities.

It is assured that within 8 weeks' time from today, electricity connection shall be provided to the petitioner. 4.

Since the statement is being made on instructions, same is accepted as an undertaking.

As such, petition is disposed of, recording the aforesaid statement as an undertaking.

Let connection be provided, in any case, by 31st December 2025. 7.

Petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. 8.
