% 09.02.2026 Today's Court proceedings are conducted through hybrid mode. The matter has been listed in view of order dated 05.12.2025 whereby petitioner was directed to pay the cost of Rs. 50,000/- within a period of four weeks from that date. Subsequent to that order, an application was preferred by the petitioner for waiver of cost which was dismissed vide order dated 22.12.2025.

The matter has been passed over twice. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Let Court notice be issued to the petitioner as well as counsel for the petitioner to comply with the order passed by the Hon'ble Court regarding payment of cost, returnable on 06.05.2026.
