The petition seems to have been filed on account of pendency of W. P. (C) 1371/2023.

The petitioners, herein, seek for the following directions: "A. Issue the directions to the Respondent No.1 to 3, to only attach the land of a respective/specific zone, under which the project of such members lies, or the land which is being mentioned in Share Asset Certificate, in case of the members who are seeking coercive action of attachment of land in different execution proceedings, in the interest of justice.

Any other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deem fit, just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of Petitioners."

Regulatory Authority ('RERA'). If the petitioners herein have any grievance, they are entitled to raise their grievance before the said Authority. 4.
