The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of writ/order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, thereby seeking direction to Respondent No. 1 to produce daughter of petitioner before this Court.

has been recovered and that on 30.10.2025, she appeared at Police Station Vikas Puri along with her mother-in-law. The daughter of petitioner, who is major, has reportedly voluntarily married her one friend Vinod and is happily living with her husband and in-laws.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of aforesaid, the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition, anymore.

In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
