The parties are stated to be exploring the possibility of arriving at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

This Court had directed an interim arrangement with respect to the custody of the minor child, vide its Order dated 07.11.2025. 3.

parties approaching the concerned learned Family Court for relief in this regard.

We make it clear that the learned Family Court shall not be bound by the interim arrangement made by this Court, and shall determine the question of custody of the minor child in accordance with law.

Needless to state, the learned Family Court shall also remain uninfluenced by any stand taken by the parties in the present petition. 6.
The present petition, along with the pending application is disposed of in the above terms.
