The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that his application seeking parole which was filed way back on 26.09.2025, has still not been decided.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that if the application has in fact been filed on 26.09.2025, all endeavours would be made to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from date.

Considering the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future. 5.
