1. None appears for the non-Applicant/Petitioner despite second call. No reply to the application has been filed either.

2. It is pointed out in this application that the Applicants/Respondents are been unable to afford the administration costs of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DAC).

3. Accordingly, in modification of the order dated 12th January 2015 the Court directs that Mr. Dinesh Dayal, former Additional District Judge will continue to act as an Arbitrator and he will fix his terms and fees. The arbitration will not be under the aegis of the DAC.

4. The application is disposed of. A copy of this order be delivered forthwith
