% 30.01.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 04.11.2024 for release of Rs. 1,00,000/- out of the deposited amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- to the petitioner management and the balance amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- and interest on the entire deposited amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- to the respondent workman subject to confirmation of identity.

Vide order dated 28.11.2024, respondent has already appeared through video conferencing and vide order dated 20.12.2024, petitioner has also appeared before this Court through video conferencing.

Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the petitioner management and balance amount of Rs. 1,00,000 and interest on the deposited amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- be released to the respondent workman.
