% 22.05.2018 This petition under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of a substitute Arbitrator. The counsels for the parties submit that the parties have agreed to the appointment of Dr.Sanjay Dubey, Director (Administration & Policy Research), National Human Rights Commission, as an Arbitrator. The counsel for the respondent submits that the proposed Arbitrator has already given the consent to such appointment.

In view of the Agreement between the parties, Dr.Sanjay Dubey is appointed as an Arbitrator.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions and with no order as to cost.
