1. A further status report has been filed by the Station House Officer ('SHO') of Police Station Kashmere Gate, Delhi. The Court is informed that the statement of Seema Devi was recorded under Section 164 Cr PC before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 26th March 2018. A copy thereof has been enclosed with the status report.

2. It is seen that Seema Devi has reiterated her stand that she left the Petitioner of her own accord and does not wish to return to him.

3. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for in this writ petition. It is, however, open to the Petitioner to avail other remedies as may be available to him in law.
