% 21.08.2018 Keeping in view the status report filed by the respondent and the fact that the issue in question is sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C) No.55/2003 in the case of E.R.Kumar & Anr. vs. Union of India & Ors., we are of the considered view that now no further indulgence is required in the matter.

In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to the improvement and working of the shelter homes in question, he is required to seek relief by approaching the Hon'ble Supreme Court where the matter is sub judice with the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
